The Project
Anderson provided site master planning and engineering design for several phases of the King Solutions facility. Developed in three phases over 12 years, the 20.5 acre site contains 21,000 Sf of office space along with 265,000 sf of office space. Screened outdoor storage with berming and landscaping to yard security without the use of fences for 100 trailers is also provided. With 24-hour operation of over 50 loading docks, each expansion phase was carefully planned to limit disruption to operations.
