The Project
Anderson provided civil engineering, environmental and land survey services for the 710 acre master planned Territory residential community. After preparing preliminary plans, Anderson led efforts to prepare an Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) environmental review. Once the AUAR was completed, the plat and supporting plans were developed as part of the entitlement project. Unique features of the planned site include 7 miles of trails, a unique STEP community septic system and community wells Developed in multiple phases over several years, Anderson continues to participate in the completion of this unique project.
