The Project
The design of 30 acres of undeveloped land provided approximately 20,000 gravesites, including both casket and cremation sites in new burial sections as well as columbaria niches. The expansion also entailed access roads and parking, memorial walls, expanding cortege, staging lanes, and curb and gutter incorporated throughout the existing cemetery road system. These improvements also included associated storm drainage and drainage swale modifications and pavement resurfacing/restoration of existing asphalt roads and pavements. Included in this comprehensive scope of work was a Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) and Irrigation source water study including rainwater harvest feasibility study and modeling.
