The Project
Anderson provided design expertise rooted in 30-years of subdivision work, which resulted in an appealing development scenario within a highly-constrained site. The infill project resulted in 4 single-family walk-out lots on just over one-acre, with site access via a private road shared with a neighboring community church and condominium. The project exhibits efficient land use with minimal added infrastructure.
